Booking & Payment

To confirm a trip with us, you can make a booking through our website, by email, or by visiting our office. A deposit will be required at the time of booking to reserve your place. The remaining balance should be paid before the trip begins. Full payment details and timelines will be provided during the booking process.

Under 18 Travelers

If you are under the age of 18 at the time of booking, your parent or legal guardian must give permission. This can be done by signing the booking form or by providing their approval online during the booking process. We cannot accept bookings from individuals under 18 without this consent.

Cancellation by You

In case you decide to cancel your trip, please let us know as early as possible. Cancellation charges may apply depending on how close your cancellation is to the travel date. Some trips may be partially or completely non-refundable, which we will inform you about before confirming your booking.

Cancellation by Us

Travel Documents

You must also ensure that you carry valid travel documents, including your passport, visa, permits, and any required identification. While we are happy to guide you through the process, we are not responsible for any issues or delays caused by missing or incorrect documents.
