Nepal’s weather changes a lot during the year. The best time to visit is from October to December when the skies are clear and the mountains look amazing. The rainy season in Nepal is from June to September and is called the monsoon. It rains a lot, so trekking is hard, and fewer tourists visit then.

Nepal has many festivals. The biggest one is Dashain, which happens in September or October. Families celebrate it together. Tihar, the festival of lights in October or November, lights up the country. Holi in March is the fun festival of colors.
